The southern areas of Saskatchewan and Alberta are prairies, but thanks to the Ice Age that scraped through here millions of years ago, it left us amazing coulees and ravines for outlaws to conceal their activities. There is so much beauty around us, so I hope some day you might be able to make the trip "north of the border" and explore Canada. I do hope you'll get a chance to read my prairie moon trilogy and would love to hear from you. In the meantime, please do visit my website to view the setting of my trilogy. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.Elizabeth Clementshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16553904624219542353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4152821032321828999.post-89827370088372322312019-08-04T10:28:47.327-07:002019-08-04T10:28:47.327-07:00Doris, you're absolutely right about so much h...Doris, you're absolutely right about so much history all around us. You do a beautiful job of telling us about your area and some of the famous/infamous people who lived there. I've always felt our Canadian history would be interesting to readers and that's why I try to do what you do so well--write about it. I hope to return there in the near future. I so love my covers and never tire of seeing them. I had so much fun writing them....Beneath a Horse Thief Moon started out as one book, but I fell in love with the secondary characters, especially Mike, so I had to write his story. Then when Josh heard about that he whispered in my other ear....and thus the prairie rose trilogy was born. I would love to hear from you when you've read them. In the meantime, please pop over to my website and see the pictures my son took for me of the Cypress Hills and Fort Walsh. www.elizabethclements.com<br />Elizabeth Clementshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16553904624219542353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4152821032321828999.post-29100095100227135112019-08-02T19:38:52.242-07:002019-08-02T19:38:52.242-07:00Patti, I was so happy to guest blog today and I...Patti, I was so happy to guest blog today and I'm so glad you had a chance to read about my research trip to the wolf caves.
