Wouldn't you know I'd marry a man who can't dance. I don't mean he doesn't want to; I mean he doesn't hear the beat and just wanders around the floor. So, we don't go dancing. Since that's his major flaw, I consider myself fortunate! Great post. I didn't know where the term "honky tonk" originated. Good to know.Caroline Clemmonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14914658854159456335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4152821032321828999.post-45641339630573826582014-05-05T17:20:55.582-07:002014-05-05T17:20:55.582-07:00I had to lead when we were in Girl Scouts and I so...I had to lead when we were in Girl Scouts and I sometimes revert back. My husband is very patient with me and just gives me "that look" and I relax and let him take over. LOL. Sadly, where I lived, the rage died out along with the fun nights out...plus I got married. I love watching people two step, but I think dancing with my younger siblings in my youth caused me to want to lead and I can't follow for the life of me. I did manage to learn a few couples dances and enjoyed them, but they were more like a line dance next to someone. *lol* I've stepped on many a toe in my pursuit to learn the two step, but men do like to lead. *lol*Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09683064637626718318noreply@blogger.com
