Lumber Jacks and Hearts Ablaze

I was watching the movie The Reverent and I was blown away by the scenery of the Pacific North West. It's a historical movie and I just knew I needed to write a book in the majestic wooded mountains. My book Whispered Love is set in a lumber camp deep in the tall pines. My hero is a Lumber Jack aka Logger, Timber Beast or Sawdust Savage. Old time logging was known as muscle-powered logging. The most important person in the camp is the cook. Work was hard, long and the wages were slim. Unemployment was unsteady so the only perk of the job was the food.

Coming October 18th! Eight best-selling authors bring you eight sizzling tales from the Old West! There is something for everyone in this collections to fire up those chilly Autumn nights!  So without further commentary let me introduce you to the authors and the stories.

Also, just to get the fire started, leave a comment for a chance to win an ARC Kindle copy of HEARTS ABLAZE!

Hold onto the reins and let's go!
